Stained Glass Class Waiver

I am so excited to have you join in the fun of stained glass making through one of my workshops.  In addition to custom in-home workshops and events, I also host community pop-up workshops.  These pop-up events are a special class that will walk you through creating a unique stained glass piece from start to finish in just about 2 hours!

There’s much to learn, and a lot of fun to be had. If you  have any questions prior to the workshop, please let me know.  I am here to support you as you take a new creative leap!

Note: Pop-up events are hosted by businesses in our community, and in addition to the safety waiver below, participants must also abide by the rules of each establishment.  Say It With Glass, L.L.C. is not liable for injury related to activities that occur at host locations (businesses homes, or other community establishments) before, during and after the event.

All stained glass class participants are required to complete and sign a liability waiver, and read and agree to abide by the safety procedures as outlined by Say It With Glass Designs, L.L.C. Students under the age of 18 must have approval from the instructor as well as a parent or guardian to enroll in stained glass classes.

Please carefully read the safety requirements and waiver below. Let me know if I can help answer any questions you may have about what to expect during your class. Contact me anytime at: sam@sayitwithglassdesigns.com
