However you like to celebrate the season, this class is a perfect way to jump start the holiday season and get your creative juices and good cheer flowin’! In this specialty workshop, participants will explore various stations to create a set of 3 fused glass ornaments or sun catchers (why not hang all year?). Choose your own adventure and pace yourself as you explore all the glassy goodies we have to offer! Don’t worry, there will be lots of examples, and support as you go.
Glass fusing involves placing a variety of glass types together in a design, and then firing it in a specialized kiln to knit it all together. Not to fret! All ornaments will be ready for pick up in 1-2 days after the workshop so that you can enjoy them for the holidays!
In this class, you’ll learn the basics of fusing, as well as how to cut and shape your own glass to design some holiday unique piece of art.
Class Includes
Complimentary coffee, tea, or cocoa
All project materials, safety equipment, and instruction
4-6 designs to choose from, as well as an open ended option

Waiver required for participation
This session is suitable for older kids (5th grade +) however, we do ask that you reach out and let us know if you plan on bringing a minor so that we can provide you with the appropriate waiver and ensure we can accommodate you. Have younger kiddos? Check out our kids fusing classes and design together or request a custom workshop.
